Experience Summary
Burj Khalifa is the tallest building on Earth at 828 metres, and At The Top is your ticket to its world-famous observation decks. After a short multimedia journey through the tower’s history, a high-speed elevator whisks you to level 124 in about a minute — where the whole of Dubai spreads out beneath you.
Choose the classic Silver experience on levels 124 & 125, go higher to the lounge and outdoor deck on level 148 with Gold (At The Top SKY), or treat yourself to Platinum and The Lounge on levels 152–154 — the highest lounge in the world. Combo options add fast-track entry, the Dubai Aquarium or a rooftop visit at The Burj Club.

What is the difference between Silver, Gold and Platinum?
- Silver — the classic At The Top experience on levels 124 & 125 (around 452–456 m), including the outdoor terrace on level 124.
- Gold (At The Top SKY) — adds level 148 at 555 m with a lounge, outdoor deck and welcome refreshments, then continues to levels 125 & 124.
- Platinum (The Lounge) — levels 152, 153 & 154 at around 585 m: the world’s highest lounge, with refreshments in an exclusive setting.
What are “prime hours” and do they cost more?
Prime hours are the most popular time slots around sunset. They sell out first and usually carry a higher price. Non-prime slots — mornings, early afternoons and later in the evening — are quieter. We confirm your exact time slot and any supplement before you pay.
Are there child prices? Do infants need a ticket?
Child rates apply to ages 4–12 on Silver tickets and combos. Children under 4 usually enter free — just mention them in your booking notes so we can confirm. Gold and Platinum tickets are priced the same for adults and children.
How long does the visit take?
Most visitors spend 1–2 hours, including the security check, the multimedia walk, the elevator ride and time on the viewing decks. Gold and Platinum guests often stay a little longer to enjoy the lounge.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Simply show your mobile e-ticket (QR code) at the At The Top entrance on the Lower Ground floor of The Dubai Mall. Please carry a valid photo ID.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Confirmed tickets are issued for a specific date and time slot and are generally non-refundable. Date or time changes may be possible when requested in advance, subject to availability and venue rules — message us on WhatsApp as early as possible.
Is At The Top wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The At The Top experience is accessible for wheelchair users and elevators serve all visitor levels. Add a note to your booking so we can share any helpful details before your visit.
Is there a dress code?
Smart-casual clothing is recommended. For The Lounge (Platinum) smart-casual is expected — please avoid beachwear, flip-flops and sportswear.
What if it is hazy or windy on my visit day?
Views are clearest on dry, cooler days — usually November to March. Tickets remain valid in all weather, although outdoor terraces may close temporarily for safety during strong winds.

- Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot shown on the ticket. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your slot.
- Prime-hour (sunset) slots may carry a supplement. Your final price is confirmed before payment.
- Confirmed tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Change requests are subject to availability and venue rules.
- Child rates apply to ages 4–12. Children under 4 usually enter free and must be mentioned in the booking. Proof of age may be requested.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- A valid photo ID (passport or Emirates ID) may be requested at entry.
- All guests pass an airport-style security check. Large bags, tripods, drones, sharp objects, food and drinks are not permitted.
- Outdoor terraces may close temporarily due to weather or operational reasons; this does not qualify for a refund.
- Late arrivals may be refused entry or moved to the next available slot at the venue’s discretion.
