These terms apply to all bookings made through burjkhalifatours.com, WhatsApp (+971 56 443 7899) or email (info@burjkhalifatourscom). By confirming a booking you agree to them.

About our service

Burj Khalifa Tours is an independent ticket booking service. We are not the operator of Burj Khalifa or At The Top, and we are not the official website of Burj Khalifa or Emaar. The venue’s own rules and conditions of entry apply to every visit.

Booking conditions

• All prices are per person in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to availability and change without notice.
• A booking is confirmed only after availability is confirmed on WhatsApp or email and payment is received.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot shown on the ticket. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your slot.
• Prime-hour (sunset) slots may carry a supplement. Your final price is confirmed before payment.
• Confirmed tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Change requests are subject to availability and venue rules.
• Child rates apply to ages 4–12. Children under 4 usually enter free and must be mentioned in the booking. Proof of age may be requested.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• A valid photo ID (passport or Emirates ID) may be requested at entry.
• All guests pass an airport-style security check. Large bags, tripods, drones, sharp objects, food and drinks are not permitted.
• Outdoor terraces may close temporarily due to weather or operational reasons; this does not qualify for a refund.
• Late arrivals may be refused entry or moved to the next available slot at the venue’s discretion.
• The venue’s own rules and conditions of entry apply in addition to these terms.

Payment

Payment details are shared after we confirm availability. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and we have issued your ticket.

Changes by the venue

The venue may change opening hours, close areas or alter experiences for operational, safety or weather reasons. Where a visit cannot take place because of the venue, we will help you reschedule or arrange a refund in line with the venue’s policy.
