Silver: levels 124 & 125 — from AED 189
The classic At The Top experience and the one most first-time visitors choose. You’ll walk through a multimedia gallery about the tower’s construction, ride a high-speed elevator to level 124 and then continue to level 125. Level 124 includes an outdoor terrace, so you can feel the breeze at around 450 metres.
Adult AED 189 · Child AED 149. Best for: budget-conscious travellers, first visits and anyone who simply wants the iconic view.
Gold: At The Top SKY, level 148 — AED 399
Gold takes you to level 148 at 555 metres — one of the highest observation decks in the world. It’s a more relaxed, lounge-style experience with welcome refreshments, an outdoor deck and noticeably smaller crowds. Afterwards you continue to levels 125 and 124, so you see everything the Silver ticket offers too.
AED 399 per person (adult or child). Best for: couples, special occasions and travellers who dislike crowds.
Platinum: The Lounge, levels 152–154 — AED 769
The ultimate Burj Khalifa experience. The Lounge spans levels 152, 153 and 154 at around 585 metres and is known as the world’s highest lounge. Expect elegant interiors, refreshments and light bites, and a calm, exclusive atmosphere far above the city.
AED 769 per person. Best for: honeymoons, milestone birthdays and once-in-a-lifetime trips. A smart-casual dress code applies.
Combo & fast-track tickets
- Silver + Fast Track (AED 322 / child AED 273): priority entry that saves time in queues — worth it during holidays, weekends and sunset.
- Silver + Dubai Aquarium (AED 351 / child AED 293): add the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, just a short walk away inside The Dubai Mall. A family favourite.
- Silver Non-Prime + Rooftop, The Burj Club (AED 332 / child AED 292): a limited-period offer combining an off-peak visit with rooftop access at The Burj Club. Check availability dates with us.
Prime vs non-prime hours
The time slots around sunset are called prime hours. They’re the most popular, sell out first and usually cost more. Non-prime slots — mornings, early afternoons and later evenings — are quieter and often offer the clearest views, especially in winter. When you book, choose your preferred time and we’ll confirm the exact slot and any supplement before you pay.
Tip: want sunset without paying the premium? Book the slot that ends just as the sun goes down — you’ll still catch the golden light, then watch the city lights switch on.
Which ticket should you choose?
- First visit on a budget: Silver.
- Visiting at sunset or on a holiday: Silver + Fast Track.
- Travelling with kids: Silver + Dubai Aquarium.
- Special occasion or no crowds: Gold (level 148).
- The very best, no compromises: Platinum (The Lounge).
